I am a Senior studying Neuroscience and Cognitive Science, with a minor in Health and Human Values! Currently I am studying for the MCAT, and plan on applying to medical school this upcoming cycle. My end goal is to become a trauma surgeon for the US military! I have worked in the Human Memory Neuropsychology Lab on campus for 3 years, where I am currently working on a thesis that looks at the role of Episodic Future Thinking in the role of Alzheimer's Disease. I've been in several clubs on campus, a couple of summers ago I travelled to Peru for 10 days where I did a medical relief trip, I have volunteered in many organizations around the Tucson area, and I did an internship at the JCC where I worked with Alzheimer's and Parkinson's patients in cognitive and physical rehabilitation! Outside of school, I love working out and am a 2nd degree black belt in martial arts, and I teach self defense classes at the rec! I'd love to talk to you all about anything, or you can come and ask me any questions you have regarding anything I've done or WIMS in general! :)
Meet me at Starbucks by the Main Library!
